Our services
We provide website design and development, branding and logo design, business email setup, ecommerce and digital transformation, software development, business automation, and consulting services. The packages and pricing shown on this website are starting-from estimates; the final scope, timeline, and price for any project are agreed with you individually before work begins.
Getting started
Enquiries submitted through this website (or by phone, email, or WhatsApp) typically begin with a free consultation. Any resulting project — including detailed scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms — is confirmed separately in writing before we start work.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and milestone schedule, are set out in your individual project agreement or invoice. Failure to pay as agreed may result in a project being paused until payment is resolved.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final project deliverables (such as a completed website, logo, or brand assets) transfers to you once they've been paid for in full. Until then, we retain ownership. We may retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you ask us not to. Everything on this website itself — including its design, text, and branding — remains the property of Codekese.
Your responsibilities
Projects move faster when we get timely content, feedback, and access (such as domain or hosting credentials) from you. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
Third-party services
Some projects involve third-party services on your behalf — for example, a payment gateway for an ecommerce store, or a domain registrar. You're responsible for your own account and merchant agreements with those providers; we help you set them up but don't control their terms.
No guaranteed outcomes
We build things properly and give honest advice, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a particular amount of traffic, enquiries, or sales) since these depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Codekese's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant project. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
